Our Story

Cooking With Purpose

M3 Kitchen was born from a simple belief: the best meal you'll ever eat comes from ingredients that haven't traveled far. We opened in 2018 with four tables, a wood-fired oven, and a direct relationship with seven local farms.

Our chef and owner, Marcus Lee, spent a decade cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens in New York and Lyon before returning home to build something more meaningful — a restaurant that feeds community as much as it feeds people.

Today, over 80% of what you eat here was grown, raised, or caught within 100 miles of your table.
